How to get issue create datetime in JQL

Hello,

 

We wanted to send a notification through email to the user who reported the issue after 4 PM. in Jira Desk

An email notification will be like, your request will be processed tomorrow, stay tuned.

Please suggest any automation for this, Thanks in advance.

this should be quite easy with Automation for Jira. (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1215460/automation-for-jira)

Trigger: Issue created

JQL-Check: created > startOfDay("16h")

Action: E-Mail or Comment
