×Hi everyone! đź‘‹
We’re excited to announce an Early Access Program (EAP) launching soon for a major new capability in Jira Service Management: deep integrations with leading observability platforms right into Rovo.
This is your chance to help shape how Atlassian brings AI-powered alert, incident management and root cause analysis directly into your JSM workflows in the world of Agentic AI.
Modern IT operations teams rely on a powerful ecosystem of monitoring, alerting, and observability tools. By surfacing metrics, logs, traces, and AI-driven insights directly in Jira Service Management, teams can get the complete picture faster, accelerating incident response and simplifying root cause analysis. Rovo enables users to tap into the rich Teamwork graph that contains deployment, change & other DevOps data, in conjunction with the observability data it provides a complete picture for an incident.
Our goal: Partner deeply with leading observability vendors to unify this context in JSM and make it the command center for IT Ops. With these new integrations, you’ll be able to:
Automatically enrich incidents with real-time telemetry and AI-driven recommendations, along with Atlassian's teamwork graph data
Investigate and resolve incidents faster, without switching between tools
Generate automated, data-rich Post-Incident Reviews (PIRs)
Reduce alert noise and correlate related issues for faster triage
Sound interesting? Register your interest in the EAP!
Unified incident context
See metrics, logs, and traces from your observability tools right inside JSM tickets and chat.
Conversational diagnostics
Ask natural-language questions (For example: “What caused the spike in service X?”) and get AI-powered answers, pulling data from your connected tools.
Automated PIRs
Quickly generate post-incident reviews with embedded charts and root cause summaries.
Seamless authentication
Secure, admin-configured connections; no more juggling API keys or logging in/out during an incident.
ITOps teams using JSM alongside observability tools
On-call engineers and SREs who want to cut down on context-switching and manual data gathering
Incident managers looking to accelerate MTTR and improve service reliability
Early access to new features and direct influence on our roadmap
Dedicated support from the Atlassian product team
The opportunity to shape how AI and observability come together in JSM
There will be some limitations during EAP with regards to observability tools whom we have initial integrations with - which will be covered in support documentation. But don’t worry – improvements will be coming soon as we expand on the integrations!
The main goal of this program is to make sure this feature meets your needs, which means your feedback is extremely valuable in helping to shape this feature. We’ll be reaching out to participants via a survey to know what worked well, what could be improved, and what else is needed to make this feature useful for you and your teams.
