Hey Atlassian team,
I have noticed that lately the Cloud Admin view for User Management has changed, which is good. Now it has a dropdown filter for "Role".
However, I noticed that there is no selection for "JSM Agent" which is one of the really key roles to be able to filter by, especially since it's a higher costly role.
Can you please add that to the filter list?
Thanks!
Dimitar
As mentioned by @Walter Buggenhout , choose the app JSM and select the role User, this will exclude customers, as this is a different role
Hm, well if this is the case, then I think it's not working properly. Because when I place the filters for "Role" and "JSM" app, nothing changes in the counters for users... I keep seeing all the users for my org. And I have no way to see how many the filtered are, so no way to tell if this is really telling me the true number of agents.
Seems like something which is not working very smooth.... how is it on your instances?
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
If you select the Jira Service Management app, you should get the list of your JSM agents. Users with product access to JSM are your agents.
Hope this helps!

Are you sure this excludes the ones which are only JSM Customers though? I think this does not become clear from the UI....
