Does anyone have an example of an API automation for Forms?

I've had some success with working with APIs in automations when I'm following detailed instructions or making modifications to an existing automation rule. However, I'm having a bit of trouble getting started on what I can do and how I can do it with regards to Forms. We have an interest in accessing form data to enter and manipulate within ticket descriptions.
