Email field description text and "send" button not translating to local language in JSM Widget

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
When using the Jira Service Management Widget embedded in my webpage I can translate all fields by configuring the default language in the project, however the email field shows a "Your contact e-mail" in english always and I cannot find where to change that text. Same happens with the "Send" button.
Is it posible? and if not, shouldn't this be a basic key feature?
