I Have Added a Field using Cascade e.g. Helpdesk and child's (Software, Hardware, Email), Now I have to add more options under Child e.g. Helpdesk-Software-Adobe-Install/delete, but in JSM I can add only 2 layers (Helpdesk-Software) is there any other way to add sub child options?
The cascading fields are limited to 2 levels.
As @Paul Madison mentioned, the Cascading field only supports two levels:
Parent–Child, with a list of options corresponding to each.
Could you please let me know whether the described case is meant to be used for filling in internal create screens, or if it’s about using this field on the customer portal?
