How to get User Picker (multi-select) field to show all users

Hi,

I am using the field User Picker (multiple users) to pull a set of users from active directory, however, it appears certain users are not appearing. Even when typing in the users full email they do not appear. I've reviewed that the users are in fact in the correct directory. The only noticeable discrepancy, with other users, is that these users last name only have two letters.

Has anyone had a similar issue before?

User picker fields typically show only the users that are licensed to use the Jira product.

I think they also may only show users who have logged into the product at least once. (That may be something I'm remembering from my days working with Jira DC, and may not apply to Jira Cloud.)

Are you using a third party app that gives you a different type of user picker field that allows you to place a filter on the users to include?
