one of our customers is requesting an improvement of an automation which transitions an issue from In Progress to "Waiting for Response" when an Agent enters a customer visible comment.
This works fine so far. But not they want us to add the condition, that only when a specific user (customer) is mentioned in this comment, the automation should run.
Question: how can I add e.g., an advanced compare condition which checks the mentioning of one ore more specific users from a dedicated field?
Looking forward for some ideas :)
Not really a compare but more of a jql approach. You can try using comment ~ "user".
