Mail queue

Hi community,
Maybe someone can help me specifically with this.
In Jira Data Center version 9.12.24, emails are stuck in the queue and are being sent one by one (as I see in the mail queue).
Before this, everything worked fine.
Maybe this information will help: yesterday we migrated the server from Hyper V to VMware  the server was copied exactly as is.
When I click Flush mail queue, nothing changes  the same emails remain in the queue.mail queue.png

Thank you for your help
Ifound the problem, when we migrated, we had 2 network cards and also installed them on the new server, but on the new server they conflicted with each other. After i disabled one, everything started working

Hi @Petru Negrusa ,

first of all, due to server migration, please check that the outgoing server email is still working (try to send a test email). Based on your screenshot, all seems ok and email on queues seem to be in progress.

In my opinion is not an issue at application level.

Btw, please could you check the atlassian-jira-outgoing-mail.log under your <JIRA-HOME>/log folder (please check the current node if you have more than one node active).

Hope this helps,

Fabio

 Hello @Petru Negrusa

You can try the below options!

  1. Check SMTP settings in Jira Admin > System > Mail > Outgoing Mail.
  2. Verify network connectivity to the mail server after migration (ping the server).
  3. Review Jira logs (atlassian-jira.log and email.log) for errors.
  4. Restart Jira service and try flushing the mail queue again.
  5. Check email server queue for stuck emails.
  6. Ensure enough disk space on the Jira server.

Let me know how it goes!

I checked all the options you mentioned, and all the data is normal.
I have already found the problem and explained it.
Thank You.
