Can i change a value of a custom field with Automation

Guys, can I use Automation to change the value of a custom field that is fed from Insight Cloud to appear in another field that is fed from Insight now in Premium? this should be for already created tikcets

If I understand correctly that you're migrating Insight data from the Insight cloud app, or from the Insight server to the new JSM Insight on cloud, and want to retain the issue links, you can try out the automation rules described in this article: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/workarounds-to-automatically-link-the-insight-object-to-jira-issues-1079345661.html
