we are running JSM DC then upgrade them as Showen below:
Jira core Version: 9.12.15 LTS → 10.3.7 LTS
JSM Version: 5.12.15 LTS → 10.3.7 LTS
we are using Theme extension for JSM and Extension for JSM
the plugins and the system work as expected if using direct http connect
but is we use the https under revers proxy (nginx) the theme extension does not work as expected. Customer portal does not show projects requests or projects portals
(both are same server and the same application, just different port)
Check the logs.
Did you preserver your server xml and java keystore file before updating?
Any configuration related to certificates and https configuration is overwritten on an update as files are replaced.

Yes. we have preserver the server xml and java keystore file before updating
and we tested the system work as expected. Except for them extension for JSM and Extension for JSM plugins.
We have tested disabling both and the system work as expected. but if ether one of them is enable or both. the customer portal behaves unexpected. as shown on the screen shots. and since disabling ether one or both as not accept solution. we need another way to fix the issue

Contact the support department of the app Theme Extension.
Provide logging, they might be able to help as it seems like an app issue and not a Jira JSM issue as disabling the app will have JSM working as expected.

I have connected with the theme extension vendor. and they have replay that they are working on fixing it as soon as possible
